I just installed Ubuntu 12.04. This is a fresh install, where my old installation of 9.04 is still intact, on a separate disk.
When I insert a USB flashdrive or even a CDROM I have to manually mount the disk.
I end up typing "sudo mount /dev/sdd1 /mnt" or something and then I have to browse to /mnt. Its not the convenience that I've grown accustomed to. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
