Dear Ubuntu Users,

i have recently upgradet to 11.10 and i am happy with it, but there is one big problem...

The Task management is realy anoing!

When i press ALT+TAB and i just wanna switch between two "explorers" the waiting time, to open the grouped Tasks i SOOO ******* long, it kills my nerves!

So the task/question is. How to deaktivate the grouping of Tasks in the Task-Manager (ALT+TAB)?

Is it possible?

Thanks a lot...

PS: i dint find anything on the quick in Forums or Google...

Press Alt + `
(the key above TAB)
to switch between grouped windows of the same apps.

Unity has lots of helpful new key combos/shortcuts which you should spend an hour familiarizing yourself with. :)

Thats usefull, but not that what i was looking for...

Is it possible to have an "normal" Task Manager like in Windows under 11.10?

I don't use Windows so I don't understand what you mean by "normal task manager."

Linux is "open source" software so anything is possible! :)
