username gone from top bar

I logged in and the username was gone. It happened after I wanted to unlock the superuser so i setup a password. I removed rhythmbox too. Tried this command too:

sudo gsettings set com.canonical.indicator.session show-real-name-on-panel true

still not showing up. Any suggestions?
