Can someone come up with a step by step on MultiseatX?

I have a i3 cpu with 8G ram running 64bit ubuntu 12.04. I can see the cpu meter is never exceed 15%. I have my daughter's desk right around me. I want to install multiseatX so we can share same computer. I mean I will install a video card with two head. two keyboard , two mouse. sound? I think I have 7 ouput sound card.

But , I cant find any step by step instructions even from ubuntu wiki about multiseatX

can some one make one of this ?
