Disk failure,cannot start windows please help me! Asap!

I was at the live CD in lubuntu, then i hit install and my power supply shut off all of a sudden. I powered on my computer and Windows wouldnt work, it just said "Disk Failure blaahlbahblahbhl" I was really scared and shocked, as i didnt know how to solve this.. How can i fix this? Please help me, i didnt create a system recovery disk. PLEASE HELP ME! :(

First, calm down.

Boot the cd into live mode, open terminal and post the output of:
sudo parted -l (small L)
