I just bought a Imac G5 20" 250 Hard Drive off someone, came with NO DISCS and I was attempting to upgrade the software and it seems that my system corrupted so everytime I start my computer it gets passed the boot strap menu but it goes to this screen:

Welcome to yaboot verison 1.3.13
Enter "help" to get some basic usage info.
Boot: Linux
Please wait, loading kernal...
/boot/vmlinux: Not a Valid ELF image.
boot:

It's been like this for days and I've googled it and typed in a bunch of stuff over and over and I can't seem to fix it, PLEASE HELP. I'm trying to get the computer working so I can send it too a friend. I'm not very good with Mac's this is my first Mac computer so just tell me what to typer in the BOOT area and I can and I'll post back on what it says and what happens.
Please help!!
