I tried to update my ubuntu, but did NOT realize I had to stay while it was upgrading. So now I have nothing. I do NOT want to lose all of my e-mails & e-mail addresses. I have downloaded an ISO & loaded it onto a cd, but that still doesn't seem to work. (I did change the BIOS so that the cd rom will load first). Please advise. BIG NEWBIE
