but from vista :( desktop it would not load to my panasonic cf-52 without me using the wubu got it run but installed basic 12.10 I wanted ultimate setup:confused: is there a down load list that can make my 12.10 look like Ultimate:guitar:

You are on the wrong forum. As far as I know this forum does not support Ultimate Edition. Is there even an Ultimate Edition based on 12.10?
