Ubuntu 11.10 with 3.6.2 kernel keeps rebooting when copying (CF - RAID - luks)

Hi,

I'm running Ubuntu 11.10 with kernel 3.6.2

tonight it rebooted twice when I was trying to copy from a CF connected to a USB reader to a encrypted (luks) RAID 6 device.

any idea what can I do to find out why?
