Why are there still download links to the 12.04 on the front of the Lubuntu homepage.
Shouldn't all download links point to the new 12.10?

I guess that nobody can answer your question except for the Lubuntu development team/web administrator. Both the get lubuntu and the download link point to the right version, only the links embedded in the text are pointing to the older version.

Yes. They should all point to the new version.
