When ever I run update and sudo apt-get upgrade nothing comes up for the 12.10 upgrade. I have been trying to upgrade all day long and I got a error about the 12.10 beta disc, and I removed that from all sources and want the 12.10 release not beta but it refuses to do anything. When I run upgrade command I get:

The following packages have been kept back:
language-pack-kde-zh-hans-base language-pack-zh-hans-base
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 2 not upgraded.
But it has not upgraded any of the packages really for the 12.10 packages.

Running 'sudo apt-get upgrade' is not the way to do a release upgrade. Please see the Upgrade Section (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QuantalQuetzal/ReleaseNotes/UbuntuDesktop#Upgrading) for correct instructions.

Thanks that helped a lot I tried getting help in the IRC and all I got was counter-productive solutions. And I attempted to look for it but failed obviously to do it thero enough.
