Where I work currently AGPL has been forbidden by our Legal Team. Currently it is keeping us from going to 12.04 as from what we understand it is now in the standard ubuntu repos for 12.04. Here is my question how can one detect and remove those packages from one local repo (we do actually have our own internal ubuntu repo)?

It is because AGPL causes licensing across the network connection. This is not allowed by the project I am working on. So any way to detect and remove the packages on my local repo and thus keeping devs from accidentally using an AGPL package.
