Problem with start install

When i try and use virtual box. the installation work well.
But when i insert the disk and boot the system its stuck always (no matter what option i choose) on black screen with blinking small line in the top left on the screen.
Nothing happen.
I have windows 7 run on my pc. so i even try the version from windows (wubi).
Still nothing!
can somebody help?

This problem face me when i tried to download BackTrack 5
in my samsung laptop

but i don't know where is the problem
because the same version installed in other laptop
