What book would you recommend to get started with jQuery? And as a reference?

Haven't read any books on jQuery but have found the tutorials (http://docs.jquery.com/Tutorials) helpful.
Maybe just read those in the meantime - until someone has a suggestion.
I guess you can consider my response to be a *bump*. :)

OK, will wait for a suggestion. I like books for this because even if I don't remember the details, I get a broad idea of what can be done, and how (there is always Google for the details) .
I was indeed going to bump it myself :) Next step to attract traffic is to rename to "Why KDE is vastly superior to Gnome".

LOL. You would have a better shot at having people look at the thread if you replace KDE with Windows8 and Gnome with Ubuntu.
