problem with sun global desktop

Hello everybody. It is my first time here (writing a post) but I have found important solutions to some of emerged problems during the time. However, I have met a problem that I can not solve it even if I have spent a lot of hours searching for that. I am trying to log in to Sun Global Desktop (I have an account there from my university) via ubuntu 12.04. But I have not managed to do it since there is a continuous irritating error "Failed to install the Tarantella client Component". My java version is 1.7.0_07.
Is there any idea?
