Hello and Welcome
Open the software center and install the Ubuntu restricted extras which includes media codecs and Flash. You can find Flash by its self in the software center also.

Hi opraho24, welcome to the forums :)
What you need to do is download ubuntu-restricted-extras
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/RestrictedFormats/Flash
Or just open a terminal (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UsingTheTerminal#Starting_a_Terminal) and enter:
sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
Any questions ?
