Tablet PC for drawing - ignore hand

I have had a wacom intuos 2 for ages, and would like to get a tablet pc, however I want to be able to rest my hand on it whilst drawing, like with the wacom, without it being detected and screwing things up. It could even have a sort of pen-lock mode which only detects the pen while enabled or something like that. I haven't used a tablet PC before, so I'm not sure if something meeting this requirement is available.
