Same page says they supply the environment room, too.

There are labs in public and private work experimenting with quantum computing. Some of those labs, or labs that want to be them, could probably make use of a platform like this. The company is not selling quantum computers over Amazon to your local community college for the comp sci lab; it's a bespoke experimental installation.
