Where to find glib-compile-schemas for the weather applet?

I installed Cinnamon 1.6 on Ubuntu 12.04.1, but now I can't make the weather applet work. I am supposed to have glib-compile-schemas, but don't know where to find it. In Cinnamon 1.4 this superb weather applet worked. Installed it, and it simply worked. how do I install the glib-compile-schemas?
