64-bit task bar will not come out of hiding

After latest update to 12.04, taskbar on my one 64-bit pc won't come out of hiding unless autohide turned off. Three other PCs running 32-bit version are working normally.

How do I fix this problem.

Had that prob with nvidia drivers ppa xorg changed drivers to property drivers all fine
that is 32 bit
