Hello everyone. I just got everything (for the most part) set up how I like now. I'm using the gnome remix version of Ubuntu.

The only hurdle I'm left at this point is something I don't look at too often, but annoyed when I do. Basically, I have 3 monitors connected to my desktop. I would like to set it to not mirror when I go to login. I'd also like to set the colors of the buttons and such. I've done this before in an archlinux setup I did after I installed gnome. The concept was simple. Symbolic link the .desktop shortcut to the startup process and the windows launch to customize. When you're done, remove the symbolic link. Well, I tried this a couple ways and I'm still stumped. Here are a few pictures:

Give me some other ideas. Anyway to tweak the login screen, I don't really care how.
