When I compile my C++ program in Code::Blocks in Lubuntu, is there a way for CB to create a Windows batch, similar to what Dev-C does?

I'd never heard of Code::Blocks, so thanks for that knowledge.
Never heard of Dev-C either.

Sorry, I use vim, gdb (ddd) and makefiles for C++ development.

I don't understand what you mean by "Windows batch" either - but if you are talking about scripting builds, a Makefile can easily cause anything that can be scripted to be scripted. Code::Blocks supports makefiles according to the FAQ here: http://wiki.codeblocks.org/index.php?title=FAQ-Compiling_%28general%29#Q:_My_project_should_be_co mpiled_with_a_custom_makefile._Is_it_possible_with _Code::Blocks.3F

Still, I could be completely missing your entire question, which is likely. Does the Code::Blocks project have a wiki or email list or forum http://forums.codeblocks.org/ where this question can more easily be answered by experts versed in that IDE?
