It looks like a multimedia monitor of some sort but it could be almost any kind of application dashboard. Without being able to make out any text, it's almost impossible to tell.

I guess it's some kind of tiling window manager.

Looks very old-style,...could be almost any kind of program, but it could look like a music or video mixer program or maybe some kind of industrial control program.

It looks vaguely familiar, and stirred memories of extracting audio from a video file or tinkering with audio files. Sadly the memories were too vague to be of much more help.

Looks like a mod sequencer or maybe one of those old midi composer apps.

EDIT: That monitor looks straight out of 1995. Is that running off an old Amiga computer?

It reminds of midi mixing feature on some old guitar studio software I had for Win 98.
