Can someone tell me about Jumping Indian Ants?

Anyone know about this ant? I just saw one in my house. It jumped off of my wall and onto my computer cord? That's the first time I've ever seen an ant jump. Google said they were Indian ants? http://www.antark.net/admin_mdo_1/files/documents/196/franz-uhlenhorst.jpg

I just looked this particular one up a little more and the one I saw was a tad bit smaller. It was about the size of a fire ant but the coloring was almost identical. Like I said, it really startled me when I saw him jump from my wall, to my computer cord. I have never EVER seen an ant jump.

For some reason, I can deal with jumping spiders LOL but jumping ants are :mad:

Spiders come in all shapes and sizes.
Some even look like ants.
Count it's legs....:-)

If there are eight then you know why it jumps.

Unfortunately, it crawled away. I was only able to remember it's color pattern and the fact that it jumped LOL.
