Cant update in Ubuntu 12.04LTS

I get these errors in the terminal::lolflag:

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/and471/kazam-daily-builds/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/and471/kazam-daily-builds/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

Any Help Mates???

Ok now i am getting from the update manager that there is no internet connection (Which I do)
And it just updated but looks like the Kazaam is giving problems?!):P

You need to edit out (comment out (#)) Kazaam PPA in your sources.list.
