Canonical Mail Server Preference?

I was just wondering what POP3/IMAP server(s) Cannonical uses. mail.canonical.com happily reports that is it using Postfix on the smtp port, but I couldn't figure out what they are using to check their mail. imap and pop3 ports are closed, but imaps and pop3s are both open.

Any Canonical employees willing to let me know what server daemons you are using?
