Cannot update linux-headers-3.2.0-31-generic-pae package

I've been having considerable issues donloading and installing: linux-headers-3.2.0-31-generic-pae package . I've googled and searched and tried different terminal commands and best I get is this:

Failed to fetch http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/l/linux/linux-headers-3.2.0-31_3.2.0-31.50_all.deb Hash Sum mismatch

This is on a fresh install of Ubuntu latest version.

Is something wrong with my install and/or update manager? Should I be checking somehow the integrity of my installation? I don't know why I am having so many problems updating.
