I wish to change Xubuntu's blue theme to Ubuntu's default theme, i.e orange and the default color of desktop and every thing else like default Ubuntu's. How to do that?

The theme and icons are located in Application Menu > Settings > Appearance and the decoration or border is in Settings > Window Manager. I am using the XFCE session so my previously installed themes appear along with the XFCE themes I installed with synaptic.

I think what you want is light-themes. Firstly install it by typing into terminal:
sudo apt-get install light-themes
then to to appearance settings > icons and select either "Ubuntu-Mono-Dark" or "Ubuntu-Mono-Light". By doing so ur icons will have orange color
