all panels is gone

hello every one

i have been used ubuntu 10.10 and 11.10 for a few months then i used another ubuntu based distribution then i just installed ubuntu 12.4.1 and for all of them i used the same /home /engmsr2017
and with the first login i founded that all panels are hidden and last theme i used in 11.10 is running
how i can get only the new installed settings
