Menu button on titlebar?

I'm using Pinguy Linux 11.04, which is based off Ubuntu 11.04 and I'm using Emerald as the window decorator.

I want to have the Menu button as 'always visible' on the titlebar - currently it appears only on mouse over. Anyone know how can I make it appear on the titlebar always... instead of having to hover the mouse pointer on it for it to appear?

On my system, the MB is the second entry down the list under Base Board Information.

See that menu icon on the right, on the titlebar? Currently that appears only when I move or hover my mouse there. What I want is.. for it to appear always, without having to move/hover the mouse on it :p
