Ubuntu 12.04 CD fails to boot!

My pc failed to boot ubuntu 12.04 cd.help me please!

You are going to need to give more info and, for future reference, a descriptive thread title will help you get help. Many will pass over one like this. I have slightly altered the title to give you more of a chance.

Firstly, have you set the BIOS to boot from the CD? If it is booting, what are you getting? Where is it stopping and what errors is it throwing? Please describe, as best you can, exactly what is happening ... ;)

What machine are you running? 64bit or 32bit install?

Other thing is ... can Ubuntu still squash on a CD? It doesn't need a DVD? Maybe someone else can help out with this ...
