Hi there!

So I'm in college and im learning python. I have a problem with a question:

Given a 3-bit register { _, _, _} draw the 8 binary numbers, arranged in a circle. Label each binary with its decimal equivalent. Find the two’s complement of 011, and its ones’ complement. Show that the one’s complement plus ‘1’, is its two’s complement. Do the same for 001.

I have absolutely no idea how to do this, can anybody help me? Thank you!!
