Is possible to change standard kubuntu volume slider and mixer for some more similar to ubuntu pulse audio settings ?

Changing input devices with kubuntu mixer is impossible, and there is no any meter showing input level.

kmixer is the default plasma widget(which im sure this is what you are talking about) maybe you want to use something like Veromix, it has pulse audio settings.

Im looking for something like gnome sound settings.
Easy tool with simple select witch microphone i want use (front or rear),
witch level meter (to easy set input volume).

Kmix features are not up to date, its not even up to this decade :(

Veromix is great, but still there is no input select, and of course there is no normal window mode, because it works as plasma plugin.

Well the Pulse Audio Volume Control app will let you change devices, of course thats not a kde plugin or something that would reside in tray. I dunno ;(
