I am wondering where I can find language independent logic flowcharts for open source code. Does any such repository exist anywhere?

I'd like to find the basics like stdio, stderr, stdin, stdout

as well as search and sort algorithms, basic machine level stuff.

Anyone know of a collection like that anywhere?
