Hi. Just a quick note to all you guys and gals working on the ubuntu upgrade. I had been running a 10.04 workstation, acting as my server, that had years of tweaks and complex changes running. This box runs my media server (MythTV), FTP, VPN, phpMyAdmin, webmin, apcupsd for my network plus Zoneminder, PBX, mail and web servers in VMs. It's a dual homed network with some of the services assigned to a specific segment to optimize traffic.
I was a little timid going into the upgrade to 12.04.1 but let me tell you, not ONE issue whatsoever. I set it off to upgrade and after a reboot or two, it was ready to serve requiring only to change a couple of parms in apcupsd that had gone to default after I mistakenly accepted the new config files.
So, thanks guys for a great job very well done!
