Hi, Simple question: If Lubuntu is based on Ubuntu, can i add Ubuntu PPA's without any problems under Lubuntu? PPA's for i.e.: Vlc? Or LibreOffice? Or Medibuntu? Many thanks!

Yes, the main difference between Ubuntu and Lubuntu is the desktop environment. Underneath they're both Ubuntu.

And what about Ubuntu Tweak? Reading the post above this should work under Lubuntu too. I love that tool together with Bleachbit. Both are great maintenance tools!

It works with Xfce 4.10 as well. Obviously, the Unity-specific aspects won't. I don't know about Lubuntu.

And it is made available for Mint as well. So, i'll give it a try and see where it ends.
