Hello,
About a half hour ago,I installed the updates into 12.04 and restarted the computer,as requested.
From the sign in page,I went and changed the setting from Gnome Classic to Ubuntu 2D,went back to the password, tried to enter it,and instead,it booted me into Gnome Classic.
I tried again and it will not accept my password.I tried without clicking the blinking vertical bar at the left of the password box,and it would not work. So I tried to click the mouse to be able to enter the password, and again,it took me to Gnome Classic.
How do I fix this so I can get into Ubuntu 2D?
I don't mind taking out Gnome Classic, but don't want to without asking if it would uninstall anything necessary to booting into Ubuntu 2D
And if I can take out Gnome Classic without messing up anything, should I then be able to load Ubuntu 2D and boot up?
-----------
Thank you.
