View Full Version : [gnome] Nvidia and 3 monitors

Hello,

I have an laptop HP Elitebook 8540p and i can't make ubuntu to work with 3 monitors(Laptop, Acer,LG).

I have Nvidia NVS 5100M video board.


When i'm trying to use twin view i've got the message : MetaMode 1 of Screen 0 has more than 2 active display devices.

I searched about this problem but i couldn't find anything to solve my problem.

With 2 monitors work fine(laptop and any of other two).

The xorg.conf file looks like :

Now i want to do with LG monitor the same thing i achieved with Acer Monitor .

Acer Monitor is connected through VGA port and LG monitor through Display Port.

Please Advice.
