Hello,
I'm running an 11.10 Server with a Gnome GUI.
I did an update today from Update Manager and part way through it stalled. This has happened on many previous updates.
Each time the symptom is the same ...
I always switch on "Details" when updating and when it stalls the update window shows a filename, always /tmp/something-or-other
If I then type :Q! (like I was coming out of vi), it unfreezes and carries on as normal.
Any ideas?
