Salutations!
So I've been wanting to add blurring to the unity launcher and panel however I don't know how I could go about implementing such. Ultimately when you open the dash both the dash and the launcher, providing you've set it to, blurs what's beneath it so you can have an easier time viewing the launcher. That's what I want for the launcher all the time. Not just when I open the dash.

Could such be done to either the launcher and/or the panel?
