How do I mount the .disk image I created?

I installed Ubuntu under Wubi. The maximum disk space allowed at the beginning was 30 GB. Now I'm almost out of space. I searched the the Wubi Guide (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/WubiGuide/) and created a 50 GB .disk image in C:\ubuntu\disks
But now, I do not now how to mount this image file. I googled a lot but there was nothing useful.
Can anybody help me?
