So I install Ubuntu in UEFI mode off a USB stick, reboot the PC, and there is no GRUB. I should mention that I am installing Ubuntu on a separate hard drive than Windows. I am dual booting, yes.
Could I get some assistance?

This often repairs UEFI boot issues, not sure about dual drives. If its suggested fixes do not work, run the BootInfo and post the link to that report.
Boot Repair -Also handles LVM, GPT, separate /boot and UEFI dual boot.:

You can repair many boot issues with this or 'Create BootInfo' report (Other Options) & post the link it creates, so we can see your exact configuration an diagnose advanced problems.
