Lubuntu - Home Folder - on menu? Desktop?

Hi all,
I am setting up a netbook for a friend and have installed Lubuntu. Everything is running fine, however I would like to have a "home folder" shortcut/icon put on the desktop.

Any idea on how to do this?

Put a desktop file with exec=~/ in your desktop directory. See Section 11 of http://lxlinux.com (http://ubuntuforums.org/lxlinux.com)for details.
