View Full Version : [SOLVED] Firefox locks up when using Ciinnamon Desktop

I installed Cinnamon Desktop and Firefox freezes up. Is there a fix for this? Is it Cinnamon desktop or Firefox the cause?

The global menu integration extension for Unity may be a problem . Disable it from tools add-ons and see if it works better.

Thanks Frogs Hair, I looked and their was an update this morning for the Global Menu, and I'm not locking up. I will leave Global Menus enabled for now, If I start locking up again I will disable it. Since I'm running the Cinnamon Desktop the Update this morning was a partial up date and removed a couple of things and added a few others. Do you think the partial up date was because I am using Cinnamon Desktop? It didn't say why I only got a partial up date.
