Deconf error when installing packages

When I install packages at the bottom it quickly flashes deconf something It flashes to quickly to read but the packages I install install successfully and run correctly.
It only happens on the Gnome shell I don't notice anything on Unity.

try closing the terminal if running and also synaptics package manager

That didnt work so I just reinstalled and it fixed itself.
