Boot issue with XP

I've installed 12.04 3 times now on an XP machine and it won't boot without the CD.

GRUB2 installed and the boot menu shows Ubuntu as an option, but it requires the CD to start the program.

This is my first dedicated Ubuntu box (Mint user)

Any suggestions?
