Hi,

My work place reserved me a hotel to stay for 7 days. I was reading the description and came across this term. I have no idea what that is though and though to ask and see if anyone in the cafe has any experience with it.

Thanks.

Here's a quote from a Hyatt hotel site. Yours might be similar.

...our bistro-style breakfast dares to be better with made-to-order omelettes, cereals, and fresh fruit...

Probably just a normal buffet style breakfast where you can pick your own coffee, juice, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, bacon, sausages etc and then have things like eggs, omelettes etc freshly made.
