Help With My Triple Boot

Hi Everyone I need help I had Windows 7 and BackTrack5 R2 Dual Boot then I decided to Install the Newest version of Ubuntu and I did a restart on Windows 7 when the Boot loader popped up I selected Windows 7 to load and to my surprise it gave me Ubuntu so now I need to help how to fix the problem.

Sorry for the delay I was updating Ubuntu for the first time and took forever but now since the update I get the first boot loader and its BackTrack and Windows 7 I chose the Windows 7 one because I knew it would give me Ubuntu but now it popped up another boot loader and it showed Windows 7 and Ubuntu and I chose Ubuntu and it gave me another boot loader for Ubuntu only.
