Hello,
How can the administrator monitor all outgoing/incoming emails of our employees?

We prefer that our monitoring will be such that we get a copy of every outgoing and incoming mail. This way is much preferred over having to regularly check the employees' email accounts (inboxes and sent folder).

Some bits of information that may be relevant:
1. The domain was bought on GoDaddy.

2. We are currently using Google Apps (free edition) to manage our domain emails. We chose Google Apps because we are used to and love the Gmail way of doing email. The Business edition of Google Apps offers Postini, a way to monitor email activity, but this we cannot afford upgrading to Business edition. We're willing to leave Google Apps and move to some other email platform, if needed.

Sounds like you don't trust your employees very much, are they aware that all their emails are monitored?

Regardless of platform you could always spy on them with a keylogger.

Have you also considered digging through their wastecans? I often find there is a wealth of questionable garbage in those too.

I wonder if this is the right place to ask about this... seems like this topic may cause 'problems or drama'... :P

Sorry, thread closed. This is not the place to discuss keyloggers.
