View Full Version : [ubuntu] Samsung NP-Q1EX Ubuntu install help

I have a Samsung Q1EX and i can not get ubuntu to install for nothing. Its just dies when i slect install or boot live. I have tired Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Kubuntu. I have tired 10.10 11.04 12.04 all have the same end. I have use 4 diffrent USB sticks so i know thats not it and i have install the same instlation on my 2 desktops with not trble. I Looked through google and found out that Suse will boot but there are no drivers for my Touchscreen and Wifi adapter on OpenSuse. I woud love to use ubunt 12.04 on this tablet. I don't know anything about this hardware, but the 1st thing to try would be some of the 'no' boot options, such as noacpi, etc. Maybe someone will be able to give you more details.
